What I do
I'm a strategic finance professional with experience leading finance operations, reporting, commercial analysis and process improvement in growing organisations. I have a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, using AI to improve controls and systems, and turning financial data into clear, practical decision support.
What I'm doing now
Today I lead finance across a growing business, partnering directly with the CEO and co-owners on financial and operational strategy. I support decisions spanning finance, HR, legal, IT, commercial planning and business performance. I built the in-house finance function from scratch as the business transitioned from external accountants to an internal team, owning the internal finance processes and day-to-day operations.
Alongside this, I provide finance and systems support to small businesses as a consultant - identifying process gaps, linking strategy to resources, and implementing practical digital improvements.
Who I work with
I've worked with founders and leaders across the UK and Europe, in both listed and private companies, and at every size - from 15-person teams to organisations of 1,000+ people. That range means I can move comfortably between hands-on detail and board-level strategy.

Skills & tools
Advanced Excel and broad systems experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and payroll support - and a practical, growing use of AI to strengthen controls, systems and reporting.
